Panchkarma

Panchkarma is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that has been used for centuries to detoxify the body and mind. Panchkarma is an ayurvedic detoxification process that involves five different therapies. These five detoxifying procedures can help restore balance to the body and mind, nourish the organs, and cleanse accumulated toxins. The five therapies are vamana (therapeutic vomiting), basti (colon cleansing), nasya (nasal cleansing), raktamoksha (bloodletting), and shirodhara (oil therapy)..
